Jasmera bersama Delarosa penyanyi dangdut yang fenomenal sebagai pasangan Cawabup, selalu meneriakkan slogan anti kemunafikan dan memiliki program- program kampanye kontroversial serta cenderung nyeleneh. Untuk memperlambat keluarnya KENTUT Patiwa, maka Jasmera meminta bantuan paranormal, dengan harapan agar Patiwa dinyatakan berhalangan tetap, hingga tidak dapat mengikuti putaran kedua.

Rumah Sakit berubah suasananya. Dokter Kepala, Satpam, dan seluruh karyawan Rumah Sakit semakin kelabakan dengan munculnya para pemburu berita dan beragam kelompok Agama . Mereka berkumpul untuk berdoa bagi kesehatan Patiwa, dengan seremoni yang berbeda satu sama lainnya. Situasi Rumah Sakit tidak lagi nyaman, karna mendadak berubah menjadi ruang politik. Synopsis
